About Us

Nicole Galiger is the owner and Broker in Charge of Park Real Estate Management. Working in property management is an adventure and she would not have it any other way! Her real estate career began in 2015, when she felt the pull towards working with investors and rentals she made the transition to property management. As a former teacher, Nicole is accustomed to juggling many tasks at once and works energetically to help solve problems to ensure both tenants and property owners are at peace.

Outside of work, you will find Nicole hiking around the state, visiting her second favorite place of Asheville (where she has a short term rental), listening to podcasts or reading personal development books. She believes learning is a lifelong journey. Every year she works to complete either a new business certification or course.

As a proud parent of three sons, two UNC (Charlotte and Chapel Hill) students and one UNC-Chapel Hill graduate she knows the college scene and area. She has been in the community for over 15 years.

A Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2022, Kaylin Maxwell has developed strong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving—experience she now brings to serving residents, supporting property owners, and ensuring seamless day-to-day property operations. Her real estate background includes working closely with first-time homebuyers, investors, portfolio clients, and renters, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the housing lifecycle and the diverse needs of those navigating it. Kaylin’s educational foundation in Business Management and Real Estate further enables her to approach property management with both strategic insight and a service-focused mindset.

Driven by a passion for helping others feel confident and supported throughout their housing journey, Kaylin is known for her professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to delivering organized, solutions-oriented experiences for residents and property teams alike.

Born and raised in North Carolina, she believes in treating every interaction with courtesy, care, and a touch of southern hospitality. Outside of work, Kaylin enjoys collecting unique perfumes, photographing sunsets, searching for seashells along the coast, and playing video games with her kids, Kru and Cyn.

With a decade of experience spanning North Carolina and Virginia, Gigi brings a deep understanding of real estate and property management from both corporate and entrepreneurial perspectives. She previously held licensure in both states, serving as Lead Property Manager for one of the largest property management firms in Cumberland County, NC, and later working with a prominent real estate agency and developer in Virginia.

Gigi remains active in the industry as the owner and operator of two successful short-term rental properties- one in Snowshoe, WV, and the other in Ocean Isle Beach, NC- where she manages everything from guest experience to maintenance oversight!

Beyond real estate, Gigi is a micro-influencer who helped grow a network of over 60,000 in North Carolina’s Triangle region and has been a recognized connector in the local networking community for more than 10 years. This uniquely positions her to market properties effectively, nurture vendor relationships, and bring a people-first approach to property management.

Martha is a bilingual property management professional with extensive experience in leasing, recruiting, and customer service. With a strong emphasis on empathy, clear communication, and proactive solutions, Martha ensures every property and client she manages are well-cared-for and welcome.

Outside of her profession, Martha is a proud mother, deeply values faith, family, and personal growth, and enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and nurturing her passion for photography and personal development.

Tara credits her family's real estate business for sparking her passion for finance at a young age. Now a Finance Manager with decades of accounting experience across law, education, and property management, she balances her professional life with a love of travel and a family she's incredibly proud of.
