About Us

Nicole Galiger is the owner and Broker in Charge of Park Real Estate Management. Working in property management is an adventure and she would not have it any other way! Her real estate career began in 2015, when she felt the pull towards working with investors and rentals she made the transition to property management. As a former teacher, Nicole is accustomed to juggling many tasks at once and works energetically to help solve problems to ensure both tenants and property owners are at peace.

Outside of work, you will find Nicole hiking around the state, visiting her second favorite place of Asheville (where she has a short term rental), listening to podcasts or reading personal development books. She believes learning is a lifelong journey. Every year she works to complete either a new business certification or course.

As a proud parent of three sons, two UNC (Charlotte and Chapel Hill) students and one UNC-Chapel Hill graduate she knows the college scene and area. She has been in the community for over 15 years.

Nicole loves to attend sporting events and visit with her friends at the nearest coffee shop. If you’d like to connect over a cup of coffee please send us your favorite spot!

Shannon moved to North Carolina in 2023 from Chicagoland and is still exploring all North Carolina has to offer. She attended Purdue University ( Go Boilermakers! ) and has a strong background in customer service from her previous life as a fine dining restaurant manager. That role helped shape her work ethic today by emphasizing the importance of human connection, attention to detail, and collaboration.

Shannon finds fulfillment from helping other humans in this lifetime, which makes property management especially rewarding for her. She thrives on creating solutions and delivering meaningful experiences for her clients.

On the weekends you can find her savoring baby snuggles, going on Target runs with her husband, reading a romantasy book, or starting on her latest short-lived hobby.

Errin came to North Carolina from the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Virginia where she graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She built an extensive customer service background in restaurants and catering during her time there. She moved to the Triangle Area in 1996 and pursued a career as a baker and pastry chef and then operated a successful cottage bakery in Durham for twenty-two years. Now, as a Realtor® and property manager she brings that same energy and resourcefulness that earned her a reputation for exceptional customer service.

Outside of real estate, Errin is a Mom of three and enjoys spending time hiking and backpacking and giving back to the community as a Girl Scout volunteer. Spending time with family and outdoors on the trails brings her peace. Watching young girls and women step outside of their comfort zones and explore the world around them through Girl Scouts is an excellent way to recharge the batteries as well.

Errin’s rich background in the service industry, volunteerism and of course, parenting, has equipped her well for the many challenges and opportunities the property management world has to offer. Rest assured that she will always work hard for you!
