• Can you hold a place before I apply?

  At this time, we don't have the option to hold properties for interested applicants. However, we do encourage you to complete the application if you're interested in a property and are ready to move within 20-30 days of submitting your application. We'd be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during the application process!

• You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  We want to make sure you're completely happy with the property before submitting an application! To do this, we recommend scheduling a self-showing tour to see the property in person. If you love everything about it, you can easily apply through our secure website. We'll carefully review your application within 24 hours and let you know the final decision. Sometimes, the property owner approves tenants directly, but in other cases, we're able to expedite the approval process and get you a decision even faster!
